学会記 ISUCRS 2024 @Seoul 韓国（大腸グループ　島村智　記）

9月4日～7日の4日間にわたってInternational Society of University Colon and Rectal Surgeons 2024が韓国・ソウルで開催されました。当科から藤田文彦主任教授、主藤朝也准教授、吉田直裕先生、藤吉健司先生、島村智、奥裕美先生が参加しました。藤田教授はPrehabilitation & Perioperative Care for Colorectal Surgeryセッションに招待され、大腸癌周術期におけるERAS、漢方薬(TJ-100)について講演されました。海外では周術期管理における漢方薬の使用は一般的でなく、海外の先生方から強い関心を持たれていました。また、オーラルセッションでは主藤先生、吉田先生、藤吉先生が、ポスターセッションでは島村、奥先生がそれぞれ発表し、海外に向けて久留米大学外科学講座の研究成果を報告することができました。大腸肛門分野の最先端の臨床・研究に触れることができ、日々の研究に真摯に取り組む気持ちが一層大きくなりました。

一方、学会の合間には景福宮や明洞市街を散策し、韓国の歴史や異国の文化に触れることができました。韓国建陽大学出身の奥先生、奥先生のご主人のご厚意で、普段ならなかなか訪れることができないディープなお店や韓国の夜を楽しむことができました。この場を借りて感謝を申し上げます。
